Vérité Privacy Policy

Effective July 23, 2026

Vérité is a platform for capturing, sharing, and licensing real-world moments. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what the service needs, and we don't sell your personal information.

Information you provide

Information collected automatically

How we use it

You control who sees your posts. Turning on IRL Only in Settings makes your content private — it stays out of the public feed and is shared only with the people you choose.

When content appears publicly

Unless you enable IRL Only, content you publish may appear in public and venue feeds, and venue-tagged content may be featured in Vérité editions. If you're captured in someone else's shot and don't want it shared, you can request its removal — see “Your choices.”

Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, payments, analytics) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. To limit harassment and fraud, confidentiality-bound staff may screen communications with artists for a short period.

Retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Your choices

Children

Vérité is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above.
