Vérité Terms of Service

Effective July 23, 2026

Welcome to Vérité. By using the app you agree to these terms. They cover how you shoot and share content, how licensing and payouts work, and the conduct we expect from everyone in the community.

Consent & tagging

• Only shoot people who have consented to being photographed.
• Only tag people who actually appear in a shot — never tag random people.
• Delete content promptly upon request from anyone who appears in it.

Content & distribution

• Don't capture screenshots to distribute content outside the app.
• Export content only through the approved channels the app provides.
• Venue-tagged content may be featured in Vérité editions and shared with the Vérité audience.

Mature content

Our content rules resemble those of mainstream social platforms, so you may encounter some mature content. Such content must never appear in the general or public feed. Content that violates our in-app policies may be removed, and repeat or serious violations may result in termination.

Discovery

The Vérité algorithm may subscribe you to feeds it judges relevant to your interests. You can unfollow any feed at any time.

Payments & payouts

Automated cashout becomes available at a set threshold. If you request a cashout below that threshold, you'll see a notice in the app; to arrange an earlier payout, email cashouts@verite.media.

Community conduct

• Fans: do not harass artists.
• Artists: do not defraud fans — if they ask about your show, be straight with them.
• Be a good citizen, not a malevolent actor toward your peers.

Safety & support

To limit harassment and fraud, confidentiality-bound staff may screen communications with artists for up to 7 days. Vérité staff and automated assistants may also help artists reach out to and field inquiries from fans.

Termination

Vérité may suspend or terminate any artist or fan who violates these terms or our in-app content policies.
